Following common online practice, we collect demographic and profile data information at our site through Google Analytics. At times, we may implement heat mapping to better gauge user experience. Email Subscriptions

If you voluntarily provide your information to join our email newsletter, we will add your name and email to our Campaign Monitor account as an active subscriber. We typically send our enews on a quarterly basis, however our schedule may be adjusted at no alert to you. This email may be used to inform you of office closings, holiday schedules and other alerts pertinent to doing business with Greteman Group. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from the email newsletter at any time. 

Contact Forms

We provide contact forms on our website to help you get in contact with us at your convenience. The information you voluntarily provide will be used to contact you by email or phone. We now ask, in accordance with GDPR for your country of residence. We will store your contact information in our customer relationship management software, SalesForce, as record of conversation. If you become an active client with Greteman Group we will also add your contact information to our agency project management and billing software, Workamajig.

If you request to purge your data as a part of the “Right to Be Forgotten” note that in SalesForce and Workamajig we will anonymize your data but keep record of past business billings and requests that allow us to be compliant with the United States federal IRS.

We will not use your personally identifiable information for additional marketing services unless you provide consent by opting in.

Greteman Group does not store any personally identifiable information on our servers. If one of our cloud-based programs such as SalesForce or Workamajig should experience a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours of awareness regarding the issue.

Third-party websites available through links on our site have separate privacy and data collection practices. We have no responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or actions. Please refer to the privacy statement of any applicable third party site when providing personally identifiable information.

Your data is kept in a highly secure environment protected from access by unauthorized parties.
